It reaches over 260°C and heats evenly edge-to-edge, so your food cooks consistently no matter where you place it on the griddle. The average griddle surface temperature is shown on the Digital Read Out display. Plus, with the Weber Works™ Prep, Cook, and Store System you can keep cooking and cleaning supplies handy, carry food and condiments from the kitchen to the griddle, convert the side table into a prep station and stow gear in tightly sealed containers.
