Lopi Flush Wood Large NexGen Firebox

This large fireplace insert features the exclusive clean burning Hybrid-Fyre™ Technology. Hybrid-Fyre™ Technology is a fusion of known wood combustion (kiln fired firebrick, stainless baffles, and stainless steel secondary combustion air tubes, with the addition of our catalytic assist technology. Primary combustion burn occurs in the firebox with our secondary tubes re-burning gases before they leave the firebox, we are then making those same gases pass through a catalytic combustor leaving virtually no smoke to exit the appliance. The net result of this is a super clean burning insert, with emissions of just .90 grams with hardwood. Also, with that reduction in emissions comes almost zero carbon monoxide remaining through all burn cycles. We are taking clean burning to an unmatched level of efficiency. What this means is more heat from less wood, and greater savings on your heating cost! This insert will heat up to 300sqm, with up to 12 hours burn times.

The large fire box is .085 cubic metres in size and will accommodate a 610mm log. We have engineered this Large Hybrid-Fyre™ Flush Insert so that it will indeed fit into many fireplace openings and is approved for both masonry and zero clearance fireplaces and features a bypass damper for smoke free fire starting and reloading.

A large viewing area is accomplished by having a huge single cast iron door, giving the unit 319 sq. inches of glass. The glass stays clean from the unobstructed air wash.

The Large Hybrid-Fyre™ Wood Insert comes standard with twin 90 CFM convection fans to increase heat output and efficieny. The rheostat controlling fan speed is located on the chosen face plate, not on the surround panel. And the power cord can be routed to either side of the appliance or hard wired inside the fireplace with our optional insert wiring kit.
