The Flaming Coals Stainless Steel Log Holder and Heat Deflector is a versatile accessory for wood fired pizza ovens and charcoal cooking. It holds burning logs to the rear or side to help improve heat output, reduce ash and coals spreading onto your cooking surface, and make fire management easier. It can also be used as a heat deflector for smoking, helping create a low and slow environment in a kettle smoker or charcoal BBQ. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, it measures 350mm long x 150mm deep x 150mm high.
